User Preferences

Introduction

Configure OpsRamp UI features the way you want to, such as account details, device explorer, RDP console resolution, SSH console preferences, default resource tab, notification preferences and switching between regular and room mode.

Customize User Preference

Profile Details

Update your profile details such as your email, your preferred email for notifications, reports and phone number.

To update profile details

1. Click on your username on the top-right corner and then click My Profile.

2. Click Edit at the top-right corner and edit the required fields.

Configure Preference

To configure the preference for the following,

• Default Device Tree Tab

• RDP Console Preferences

• SSH Console Preferences

• Display Settings

• Default Resource Tab

• Notification Preferences

1. Click on your username on the top-right corner and then click My Profile.

2. On the left-hand side panel click Preferences and select the respective options and then click Edit to configure the preferences.
